 Oregon Department of Education gave us provision to follow.

 

Federal Government had different provisions that did not agree with them.

 

The new rules implemented were the very rules our facility followed, with the exception of medicating while children were in care. Oregon Department of Education help us set up our outdoor "child safe" medicating area.
